A Bit of Background
Ellwood City Community Enrichment (ECCE) is a 501(c)(3) charitable, volunteer-run nonprofit subsidiary organization of the Ellwood City Area Chamber of Commerce with a mission to enrich the quality of life of our local communities through cultural and education. We organize three programs each year which includes Lawrence County Earth Day, Summer Concert Series in the Community Plaza, and the Storytelling Festival.
